Merry Christmas!

 God bless us, everyone :)

Remember the reason for the season: the celebration of a little baby being born.

But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”  Luke 2:10-12

A baby who was sent by His Father to live a sinless life, yet died as a man in order to rescue the world from death and separation from God.

Thank You, Father, for this beautiful gift.

Thank You for Your Son.

Thank You for Christmas.

Be with those of us who often get rushed by the hustle and bustle of the season, and that we may continually be reminded of this birth and precious gift all throughout the year. Be with those of us who continually question how we could be given such grace and mercy: we do not deserve these gifts at all, but through You, we are healed. Thank You for Your constant love and for Your goodness. We are not worthy, but You are. As Your word says, let Your power be made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 2:19).

Thank You, Lord. Thank You!

Merry Christmas everyone!
