Photo a Day: Week Eleven

This has been a wonderful week: only two days of school, three days of Spring Break, and we have been able to visit with Nate's parents, brother, sister-in-law, and our nephew. Heading back home today, but so fully aware of life's blessings :)

Everyday with the Jays

[last Saturday]: went to our town's movie theatre to see "The Vow". yes, this is what our theatre looks like: it has a throwback feel to it, although it could be WAY cuter and more adorable if someone would take care of it and refurbish it.

[Sunday]: lots of mini-sandwiches = church potluck lunch!

[Monday]: my f-a-v-o-r-i-t-e snack EVER. anything with ranch or ranch flavoring is delicious in my book!

[Tuesday]: last day of school before we got out for Spring Break. one of my darlings wrote that she was lucky because she has "teachers" (tijrs). so sweet!

[Wednesday]: first day of SB = me sewing a pillow with napkins! you will see that post next week :)

[Thursday]: visiting the in laws in the big (well, bigger than ours) city and that means eating at restaurants we don't have. Chipotle... YUM. get in my belly!

[Friday]: Nate's dad is a music minister (ministry and amazingly good guitar/singing abilities run in the family!) and we went to visit their church to see their new additions. so pretty!

I hope everyone had a great week and has a wonderful St. Patrick's day! Did you know St. Patrick brought Christianity to Ireland? A little fun fact for you today :) And it's also my Grandma's birthday! She is the sweetest, kindest, loveliest lady around! Love you, Grandma!

  1. love all of these pictures! Can't wait to see your post about the "napkin" pillows :) I LOVE that theater! We have a drive in one in Maryland and I love the feeling I get everytime we go! We also have a throwback one like you guys but it's more of a place for plays and things like that now. Have a great St. Patrick's Day Chrissy!
